	Le Cottage is a detached property with a good size private garden situated in a small hamlet in the heart of the Breton countryside. The large town of Lorient and the beaches of the South coast are about 25 kilometres away. Your hosts have resided in France for 4 years.
	The property is well appointed and has two double bedrooms sleeping a maximum of four people. One has a double bed and the other, twin single beds.
	Guest facilities include a private kitchen/diner and a separate lounge. The kitchen is equipped with small electric oven/grill, hotplates, a microwave oven, fridge, freezer, toaster and tea/coffee making facilities. Guests are welcome to use these facilities if they so wish.
	The lounge has a TV, video, and a DVD player
	A variety of books, videos, music CD’s and DVD’s are provided for guests use.
	Continental breakfast provided. Full English breakfast on request.
	Washing and ironing facilities available.
	Garden furniture and BBQ.
	Free bicycle loan.
	Secure garage parking for motorcycles/sport equipment etc.
	Complimentary wine on arrival.
	The house is centrally heated and bookings are available all year round.

Le Cottage is about 110 kilometres from the ferry ports of Roscoff and St. Malo. The airports at Brest and Rennes are a similar distance. PLEASE NOTE THAT SHOULD YOU MAKE A BOOKING WITH US, AND YOU ARE CONSIDERING TRAVELLING WITH BRITTANY FERRIES, DISCOUNTED FERRY FARES ARE AVAILABLE. PLEASE PHONE OR E-MAIL FOR DETAILS.

Activities such as pony trekking, golf, fishing and kayaking are within a 20 minute drive. The nearest town is Baud. 6 kilometres.

The River Blavet is about 300 metres from the property. Numerous large lakes, which offer safe swimming and other activities are close by.

There is an excellent bar/restaurant situated beside the River Blavet in the hamlet of Pont Augan. A 2 minute drive or ten minute walk. There is also an excellent bar/creperie about a five minute drive away.

Local markets are in Pontivy (Monday) and Josselin (Saturday). About a 30 minute drive.

Prices are per person per night. All inclusive.

1^st October to 31st March: £15.

1^st April to 30^th September: £20.

Reduced rates for three or more days.
